The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce is launching two new programs to help small to medium-sized businesses in offering employee benefits packages through Bright Benefits Plus; a local business specializing in consultation to businesses to create tailored health plans for their employees 401(k) plans managed by Lincoln Financial. Programs that may have been cost-prohibitive or high maintenance in the past are now available to chamber members in an affordable and managed program that will allow business owners to focus their efforts on running their operations. These programs will remove the administrative burden and control cost overhead while offering enticing benefits to employees that may have been previously unavailable.
The Bright Benefits Plus Employee Benefit Packages may include the following:

- Flexible Spending Plans
- Cobra Administration
- Workers Compensation
- Benefit Advocacy
