Main Room

For larger meetings or receptions, our 1,200 Sq. Ft. Main Room can hold up to 100 people, (subject to room layout - see chart below). The Main Room is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for $75 per hour* with a two-hour minimum.

  • Before or After Business Hours (including weekends) - $100/hour Available to Members Only
  • Drinks are available - $1 each
  • Bar High/Cocktail Tables (up to a max of 6) - $40 ea./day

Board Room

Perfect for a company meeting or small training session, our 400 Sq. Ft Board Room complete with an oval conference table can seat up to 18 people. The Board Room is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for $50 per hour* with a two-hour minimum.

  • Before or After Business Hours (including weekends) - $75/hour Available to Members Only
  • Drinks are available - $1 each

Audio Visual Equipment

The Chamber has a full-color projector and drop-down wall screen, as well as, internet access and a microphone on hand that can be rented during your room rental. Please note that the Chamber does not provide a Computer.

  • All Audio/Visual (items included on page 2 of agreement) - $50/day
  • Microphone only - $25/day
  • Easel - $10/day

We offer a hybrid concept allowing your guests in-person and virtual options. The virtual Zoom room allows up to 1,000 participants. Contact us to discuss.

Main Room Lay-out Descriptions

Classroom:  Rows of tables & chairs facing the front of the room

Auditorium: Rows of chairs only facing the front of the room

Conference: Large square or U shape for conference/board meetings

Reception: Tables lining the perimeter of the room with limited seating, leaving the middle of the room open for mingling with option for rental of cocktail tables.

Pods: Tables put together in groups of 6-8, useful for group work or collaborative meetings (maximum of 9 pods)

Additional Fees

Sodas and/or bottled water can be supplied for an additional fee, however catering is the renter's responsibility. The Chamber does not contact the caterer.

Facility Rental Policy

The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce (FBCC) allows the use and rental of the FBCC facility by current members for events, meetings and receptions.  The purpose of the event must be disclosed in writing on all rental forms and agreements prior to the event. By allowing a rental, FBCC does not endorse any individual, organization, or the content of the event.  No advertisements or notices regarding the event may state or imply that FBCC is the host of the meeting or event without the express written approval of FBCC.  FBCC also reserves the right to request a disclaimer on all event related advertisements or notices. FBCC reserves the right to refuse rental to individuals, organizations, or events deemed controversial or offensive in nature;  or in conflict with FBCC’s mission, values and position on diversity as determined by the sole discretion of FBCC.
